1. Introduction & General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ac222 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "your", "Member"). By using the ac222 website, mobile platform, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on ac222, the following conditions must be met:

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only the account holder may withdraw deposited funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. To complete a withdrawal:

4. Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• ac222 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.
• Wagering may not count if the bonus is used outside the specific game categories stated in the bonus terms.

5. VIP Programme & Loyalty Rewards

The ac222 VIP programme has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Members can be promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and engagement on the platform. VIP benefits may change at ac222's discretion and are subject to amendment without prior notice.

6. Fair Play & Responsible Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any fraudulent method, bot, script, or automation software.
• Operating multiple accounts or having others operate an account on your behalf.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Exploiting the bonus system or taking advantage of errors.
• Behaving in an inappropriate or threatening manner toward other members or staff.

8. Account Suspension, Closure & Fund Returns

ac222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• It is established that the account was opened using false information.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.
• At the member's own request.

In the case of account closure for justified reasons, any remaining valid funds will be returned. However, no bonus balance is refundable in the case of closure due to a breach of these Terms.

9. Special Provisions Relating to Gaming Services

• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to an account where the member has not taken appropriate security measures.
• Potential financial losses from gaming — members participate with full awareness of the risks involved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac222's total liability in any single incident shall be limited to the amount deposited by the member in that transaction.

11. Dispute Resolution & Complaints Process

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between ac222 and the member, and supersede any prior oral or written communications.
